WHAT YOU’LL DO (aka your to-do list, but cooler)
- Scout the Best: Find and recruit top-notch talent using social media, referrals, job boards, and networking (aka, sleuthing for stars).
- Own the Process: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from screening to onboarding—like the pro you are.
- Keep Things Organized: Maintain candidate databases (yes, we’ve got a slick ATS for that).
- Crush Your Goals: Hit and exceed daily email, phone, and interview metrics like a boss.
- Build the Pipeline: Engage with passive talent to keep a steady stream of awesome candidates for in-demand roles.
- Team Up: Work with Business Development partners to grow accounts and make magic happen.
