Clutch is looking for a UGC Content Creator for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital media initiatives, including UGC content creation.
  • Deliver high-quality work in timeline and on budget.
  • Oversee scope of work and budget, content creation, through execution.
  • Keep up with trends in social media, paid, creator, UGC content, and influencer campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, scheduling, shoots, and workflows.
  • Build strong relationships to drive successful projects. 
  • Ability to move from one industry category to another.
  • Oversee production quality and planning, from pre-production through final delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in UGC content creation with a strong social media following on TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  • Strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong social-first capabilities and experience with creator content and brand campaigns.
  • Experience with social media tools and content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut.
  • Experience with project management and production tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Ability to move from one project to another without sacrificing quality or communications.
  • A strong understanding of brand industry and client alignment.
  • Ability to provide performance insights and category strengths for high tier brands.
