Role: Creative Strategist - Organic & Paid Social

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $110-125k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Creative Strategist with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for social media strategy and execution (organic & paid), influencer campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Hold strong relationships with content creators and influencers across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and/or food & beverage.
  • Responsible for brand growth and integrity across social channels, including shorts, reels, organic, and paid posts.
  • Track key performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to present to stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive cross-functional campaigns and meet brand guides.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with an advertising, marketing, or media agency with a focus on social media is required (3-6+ years)
  • Proven expertise across social media platforms, influencer campaigns, data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights!
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media, or similar required.
  • Experience in social media concepting, ideation, and planning.
  • Previous success with new business, pitching to stakeholders and clients.
