Clutch is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Experiential Producer for a client of ours. We need an operations-driven creative producer who can effortlessly balance ambitious design with real-world execution, managing immersive, high-touch physical brand experiences from initial kickoff to final reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Production Ownership: Drive the lifecycle of IRL experiential events, installations, and brand activations through planning, pre-production, onsite execution, strike, wrap, and financial reconciliation.
  • Strategic Documentation & Planning: Translate creative visions into actionable production plans, robust master schedules, staffing matrices, run-of-shows, and detailed deliverable trackers.
  • Budgeting & Financial Stewardship: Develop, manage, track, and reconcile project budgets up to $750,000, ensuring fiscal discipline while partnering with account leads to handle out-of-scope requests.
  • Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Source, vet, contract, and manage third-party partners, fabricators, technical suppliers, venues, and specialized talent while building out a trusted national network.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Management, Creative, Strategy, Digital, and Live Video teams to ensure seamless integration and communication across all project phases.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct project production teams, freelance talent, coordinators, and onsite staff, providing clear direction, delegation, and guidance to junior members.
  • Onsite Execution & Logistics: Take charge onsite to guarantee flawless load-in, build quality, guest experience, and strike, troubleshooting in real time with a calm, solutions-oriented demeanor. Travel as required.
  • Compliance & Permitting: Manage complex logistics, safety compliance, and municipal permitting processes across multiple key markets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience operating as a lead Producer within experiential marketing agencies or production environments.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-faceted projects, concurrent productions, and budgets up to $750,000.
  • Extensive experience working across luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, beauty, tech, spirits, or culture brand categories.
  • Strong network of national contacts spanning experiential vendors, fabricators, technical production crews, and local market resources.
  • Familiarity with municipal permitting procedures, site logistics, and technical production requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments fluidly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel (Asana experience is considered a plus).
  • Must be based in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami.
