Role: Director of PM (pharma)

Location: hybrid once transitioned to perm in either Chicago, NY, or Philly (4 days/week)

Rate: $60-70/hr (temp to perm)

Salary: $130-150k

Clutch has a client looking for a freelance Senior PM/Associate Director

Requirements

  • Pharma experience
  • Must have experience with broadcast/production
  • Experience managing a group of PMs
  • Experience with client-facing
  • Able to connect operations to strategy and anticipates risk
  • Able to shape staffing/resourcing plans or at minimum is able to participate in these conversations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making
  • Able to clearly articulate how they approach complex challenges, prioritize competing demands, and lead teams through day-to-day obstacles
  • Financial management and commercial acumen. Experience working with complex scopes of work, managing financial documents (SOWs, estimates, change orders), phasing, monitoring burn, and identifying financial risks
  • Experience across all types of multi-channel projects from small to large size and complexity
