Title: Account Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Rate: $34-44/hr DOE (w2)

Contract-to-Hire (converting approx. $70-85k DOE)

Marketing or Advertising agency experience required***

Clutch is looking for an Account Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Support agency Account Managers with creative efforts for clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop comprehensive marketing and advertising plans.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Oversee campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics and reporting.
  • Monitor campaigns and engage appropriate teams internally.
  • Stay current on marketing and advertising trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Previous experience working with 360 campaigns.
  • Strong documentation skills required for reporting and status updates.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in MS Office Suite, Google Suite.
