Role: Creative Account Manager/PM
Location: Hybrid (Philly area). Must be commutable to the Philadelphia office 1–2 days per week, depending on client and team meeting schedules.
Rate: up to $40-45/hr

We are seeking an organized and proactive Creative Agency Account Manager/PM to support ongoing creative production and internal operations for our client. This is a highly supportive, execution-focused role rather than a strategic lead position. The ideal candidate will thrive behind the scenes, keeping workflows moving and ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities

Internal Workflow Coordination: Keep creative projects moving efficiently from kickoff to completion. Engage and collaborate with internal team members across Creative, Production, and Project Management.

Timeline & Budget Tracking: Monitor tight campaign timelines and budget details to ensure deliverables are met on time and projects track healthily against financial targets.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date internal and external-facing tracking documents, including production trackers and status reports.

Team Support: Assist the broader Account Management team on various projects and adjust support across different client accounts as operational needs evolve.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven background in account management, project coordination, or traffic management within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.

Project Tracking: Experience maintaining detailed production trackers and status reports.

Communication: Exceptional internal communication skills to seamlessly bridge gaps between creative and production teams.

Adaptability: Ability to manage tight deadlines and pivot between different project tasks as determined by the account leadership.
- Must have Agency Experience
Required Tools & Software:
Project management software, Microsoft Excel (including tables and tracking data), shared team workspaces, and production workflow tools.
