Clutch is looking for an experienced, established Freelance Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter) for a client of ours. We are seeking a powerhouse duo capable of delivering big, culturally relevant, and conceptually driven campaigns from initial whiteboard ideation all the way through final production and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Partner together to conceptualize and develop high-impact, integrated 360° marketing campaigns that align with client business objectives and brand strategies.
- Take ideas from raw, high-level conceptual thinking to polished, client-ready presentations and final execution.
- Write compelling, voice-driven copy and design visually stunning, disruptive layouts across a diverse mix of mediums.
- Translate core campaign concepts seamlessly across a wide variety of touchpoints, including TV/broadcast video, digital/social media platforms, Out-of-Home (OOH), and immersive experiential activations.
- Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to ensure creative integrity, budget alignment, and deadline compliance.
- Confidently pitch and present bold creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external clients alike.
Qualifications:
- A shared, elite portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual depth, witty or emotive storytelling, and brilliantly executed integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record of producing award-worthy or culturally resonant work across TV/video, social-first media, OOH, and experiential marketing.
- Prior agency experience working on major consumer brands or high-stakes conceptual pitches.
- Absolute mastery of their respective crafts (expert visual layout, typography, and design systems for the Art Director; impeccable voice, short-form, and long-form writing for the Copywriter).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate the strategic "why" behind big creative risks.
- High autonomy and the ability to self-manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, fluid freelance environment.
