Freelance Art Director/Copywriter

Role: Freelance Creative Teams (Copywriter + Art Director)

Rate: Upto $50/hr

Start Date: July 6

Duration: 2–3 months (with potential for extension)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Philly Area)

Position Overview

We are seeking 2 mid-level, integrated Creative Teams (Copywriter + Art Director) for an immediate 2–3 month freelance contract. We are looking for established duos who currently partner or have a proven track record of working together seamlessly.

As a team, you will be responsible for the full project life cycle—spanning from initial concept and big-idea generation all the way through execution and final file delivery.

We have openings across two specific categories:

Category I: General Advertising

We need highly conceptual teams who can both dream up massive, fully integrated campaigns and get their hands dirty executing them.

  • Experience Required: Proven track record of developing 360-degree integrated campaigns.
  • Core Channels: Broadcast, OLV, digital, social, OOH, and environmental/experiential.

Category II: Sports Sponsorship

We need a team with deep experience navigating the corporate sports sponsorship landscape. You must live and breathe professional sports, possessing a robust knowledge of current news, culture, trends, and league buzz.

  • Experience Required: Experience managing high-impact sports activations and brand partnerships.
  • Core Deliverables: OLV, social media content, arena/stadium graphics and signage, and overarching/tactical brand messaging.

Key Qualifications

  • Mid-Level Experience: Solid agency experience as an established Art Director or Copywriter.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Ability to take a project from a blank page to final execution and file delivery.
  • Collaboration: Must apply as a pair (please submit portfolios and resumes together).
