Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $50-70k

Clutch is looking for an Office Manager with experience in an advertising, media, or marketing agency for a client.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and order supplies and swag for the office and keep the office stocked for onsite days.

• Support leadership and C-Suite executives.

• Provide human resources support including organizational charts, key cards, birthdays, and miscellaneous tasks.

• Greet team members, clients, and vendors.

• Coordinate property management and maintenance.

• Plan business travel, logistics for team members.

• Manage phones, email, and voicemails for the agency.

• Responsible waiting room approach, dining/food/beverage, amenities, and public spaces.

• Management of client profiles (food allergies, preferences, birthdays, anniversaries) 

• Management for events, client meetings, etc.

• Processes deliveries and signs for packages.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an advertising, marketing, or media agency setting.

• Strong task management and prioritization skills, including organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to be client-facing and previous experience in a role greeting and speaking with clients.

• Available to meet our hybrid work schedule.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
