Location: Remote (NY preferred)

Salary: $100-130k DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for a Bidding Producer with experiential advertising or marketing agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to architect production approaches for RFPs, pitches, and new client proposals.
  • Build accurate, detailed project budgets, production estimates, and Statements of Work.
  • Evaluate timelines, resource requirements, and risks to ensure projects are realistic and profitable.
  • Act as the technical production expert in client meetings and internal alignment sessions across digital, experiential, and workflows.
  • Partner with operations and creative teams to map out staffing needs and identify cost-saving efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience building client-facing budgets, estimates, and scopes within an agency, experiential, or production environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar required.
  • The ability to look at a creative concept and instantly map out the timeline, resources, and workflows needed to build it.
  • Comfortable presenting production logistics and budgets to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Experience working across various mediums, including digital, content, or live event production.
  • Exceptional organization skills with a knack for spotting operational risks before they happen.
  • Direct experience supporting high-stakes agency pitches and RFPs.
