Overview

We are seeking a Bidding Producer with a strong production background to partner closely with Business Development and sales teams. This role will support the bidding process by building detailed budgets, evaluating project feasibility, and serving as a strategic production resource throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with BD and sales teams during pitch and proposal development
  • Build detailed project budgets, scopes, and production estimates
  • Evaluate project feasibility, timelines, and resourcing needs
  • Provide strategic production guidance during client conversations and RFP responses
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to align staffing and execution plans
  • Identify risks, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities within production scopes
  • Support integrated, experiential, digital, or content production initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong background in production, integrated marketing, or experiential environments
  • Experience building budgets and production estimates for client-facing work
  • Ability to assess feasibility across timelines, deliverables, and resourcing
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and execution
  • Comfortable operating in client-facing and business development environments
  • Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Agency or experiential production experience
  • Experience supporting RFPs, pitches, or new business efforts
  • Familiarity with creative, digital, or live event production workflows
