The Opportunity

Are you a strategic visionary who operates at the crossroads of brand narrative, physical experience, and technical innovation? Do you value the process of creation as much as the final pitch—finding equal satisfaction in conceptualizing a massive brand activation and getting into the weeds to ensure flawless execution? Our client is seeking a VP of Creative to spearhead high-impact, immersive brand journeys that captivate global audiences and deliver tangible impact.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in strategy, account management, and production to bridge the gap between initial ideation and final delivery. While your primary focus will be on the experiential and live events space, we are looking for a leader with the creative breadth to elevate integrated campaigns across all channels.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Leadership

You will be the architect of the creative standard, pushing the boundaries of what is possible while knowing exactly when a concept needs more refinement. This is an individual contributor position with significant creative authority, offering a clear path to scale your influence and eventually build a dedicated team around your specific workstreams.

Strategic Client Partnership

Working in tandem with executive producers and account leads, you will ensure that every creative output is rooted in the client's core brand strategy. You are a persuasive communicator who can pitch complex ideas to high-level stakeholders with warmth and authority, inviting them to be active participants in the creative journey.

Forward-Thinking Innovation

You possess an innate curiosity regarding the future of the industry. Tools like generative AI, real-time rendering, and digital studio environments aren't just trends to you—they are essential instruments you use to push the agency’s capabilities forward.

Growth & Business Development

You thrive on the challenge of a "blue-sky" brief. You will be a key contributor to high-stakes pitches, crafting the narratives and visual concepts that help the agency win new business and strengthen its market presence.

Experience & Skills

  • 8-12 years of progressive creative experience, specifically within experiential marketing, live events, or traditional advertising.
  • Several years of experience operating at the Creative Director level or above.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing high-level conceptual thinking, environmental design, and the ability to tell stories across multiple touchpoints.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with a proven ability to "sell" bold ideas to executive-level client teams.
  • A low-ego, high-impact mindset—you are focused on the quality of the work and the success of the collective team.
  • Ability to navigate fast-moving, complex environments involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
