Salary: $85-100k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Project Manager with pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multichannel campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including status updates.
  • Prepare reports for clients and communicate directly with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools.
  • Experience with scope of work and streamlining processes.
  • Ability to communicate with all departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency setting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, budgeting, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • 3-5+ years of similar project management experience, communicating directly with clients and teams.
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical agency setting required (HCP/DTC)
  • Proficiency in written communications required.
  • Previous experience with vendor management.
