Clutch is looking for a strategic and high-science Group Account Supervisor for a premier pharmaceutical agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:

Account Leadership: Serve as the primary lead across a high-science portfolio, overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations for multiple brands within the Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neurology sectors.

HCP Strategy: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns specifically targeted toward Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), ensuring clinical data is translated into impactful brand stories.

Client Partnership: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with senior-level clients, acting as a trusted business advisor who understands their therapeutic landscape and commercial goals.

Financial Stewardship: Manage account profitability, including forecasting, staffing allocations, and budget reconciliations, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to drive "big-idea" thinking while maintaining medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) integrity.

Team Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of account professionals (AS/AE level), fostering their growth and ensuring excellence in execution across all tactics.
Qualifications:

Therapeutic Expertise: Must have significant agency experience in high-science categories, specifically Oncology, Rare Disease, or Neurology.

HCP Specialist: Proven track record of managing complex HCP-focused accounts, including product launches and lifecycle management.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify market trends and clinical insights to drive brand growth and defend strategic recommendations to clients.

Regulatory Savvy: Expert knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and experience navigating the MLR/medical review process.

Leadership Skills: Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional pods in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a background in science or biology is a plus.
