Role: Group Account Supervisor - Pharma

Salary: $105-135k DOE (w2)

Location: Remote (EST- MUST be located in PA, NJ, NY!)

Clutch is looking for a Group Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
  • Oversee programs, regulatory compliance (MLR), collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
  • Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
  • Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
  • Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or advertising agency (HCP required)
  • Experience working across high science therapeutics: oncology, rare diseases, neurology.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to be hands-on in execution.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote management tools.
