Clutch is looking for an experienced Account Director, Animal Pharma (livestock diagnostic) for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Leader for client account relationships, managing a portfolio exceeding $2M annually.
  • Oversee project budget and hiring, identifying and troubleshooting any resource challenges.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee managers and teams, ensuring quality delivery of assets and deliverables.
  • Subject-matter expert on MLR processes, ensuring accurate submissions and compliance.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business proposals.
  • Contribute to the improvement of agency best practices and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 5-6+ years of experience in account management within an agency setting.
  • Strong background in animal healthcare marketing is required.
  • Ability to manage $2M+ client accounts.
  • Expertise in budgeting, staffing, risk assessment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical MLR processes in animal health category.
