Role: VP, Associate Technology Director

Location: Western Canada / Vancouver (remote but MUST be located in this area- no exceptions)

Salary: 110-130k CAD

Clutch is supporting a leadership role for a VP, Associate Technology Director to guide technology vision, platform strategy, and development delivery across multiple brands. This leader will partner closely with creative and strategy teams, support multiple digital ecosystems, and lead development resources across a range of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute platform and technology strategies

• Lead development teams across architecture, build, QA, and deployment

• Serve as the primary technical partner for internal teams and clients

• Oversee omnichannel, CRM, and CMS technology implementations

• Introduce emerging tools and AI assisted development workflows

• Ensure compliance and quality across all digital deliverables

• Support resource planning and technical scoping

• Drive collaboration across creative, account, project management, and strategy teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years in technical leadership within digital, regulated, or enterprise environments

• Strong experience with Veeva, AEM, Marketo, and related systems

• Understanding of compliance, accessibility, and industry guidelines

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, HTML/CSS, and backend technologies

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices

• Knowledge of AI assisted development tools

• Excellent communication and client facing skills

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals required
