Marketing & Creative Recruiter Responsibilities:

The Marketing & Creative Recruiter will have experience in Staffing or the Creative and Marketing industry and is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates’ in contract and direct hire career opportunities. Responsibilities will include: Build relationships with marketing, creative and digital talent to establish a pipeline. Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place candidates. Establish recruiting plans which include job boards, social networking, and referral sources.
